Second Individual Struck and Killed by Caltrain Thursday

A second individual was struck and killed by a prepare operated by Caltrain on Thursday, the company stated.
At roughly 12:10 p.m., a southbound prepare fatally struck an individual at East Meadow Drive in Palo Alto.
